As early as possible once the event date and main venues are known. Vehicle availability becomes more limited during high season and major local events.
Can you coordinate guests arriving on different flights?
Yes. Share the flight and hotel details so Bukap can group arrivals where practical and assign the appropriate vehicles.
Can the schedule include several hotels and venues?
Yes. Multi-hotel, multi-venue and staggered movements can be included in the operating plan.
Can guests book and pay for their own airport transfers?
Yes. Bukap can coordinate a central wedding plan while individual guests confirm and pay for separate arrivals or departures when that model is more practical.
Can you assist guests who do not speak Spanish?
Yes. Standard professional drivers speak Spanish, and an English-speaking host can be added for selected movements when requested in advance.
