How do I book a private transfer?
Use the booking form to select your route, vehicle and trip details. After you submit it, Bukap emails you a separate secure TAB payment link.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed as soon as you complete payment through the secure TAB link sent by email.
Where will my driver meet me?
Your confirmation includes the pickup details. For airport arrivals, the meeting instructions are coordinated around your flight and arrival terminal.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Bukap monitors flight information for airport pickups and coordinates the service around the updated arrival time.
What is Bukap’s cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule without charge until 24 hours before the service. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Add the children’s ages and the seats needed in the booking form so the correct equipment can be arranged.
Can Bukap transport large groups, weddings and corporate travelers?
