Is every Bukap transfer private?
Yes. The assigned vehicle is reserved for your group and does not collect unrelated passengers.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed after you complete payment through the secure TAB link sent by email.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You may cancel or reschedule without charge until 24 hours before service. Within 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable.
Will the driver speak English?
Standard drivers speak Spanish. Select an English-speaking host in the booking form when you need English assistance during the journey.
Can Bukap handle large groups?
Yes. Bukap coordinates SUVs, minivans, large vans and touring coaches, including simultaneous vehicle movements.
